In the study, scientists also took into account external factors such as age, gender, living conditions, personal habits, etc. After consideration, scientists believe that the reason breastfeeding reduces depression is due to many reciprocal factors, such as increasing maternal love, helping to build good relationships for people right from birth. In addition, breast milk also contains many nutrients that help the brain develop in a positive direction, helping children increase intelligence, reduce obesity, reduce high blood pressure and depression in adulthood.
