(Baonghean) - After a period of suspension of construction due to funding difficulties, the embankment project to prevent landslides on the Nam Mo riverbank from Tam bridge to Cung bridge in block 4 of Muong Xen town, Ky Son district with a length of 1,963m has now been resumed.
The Nam Mo riverbank embankment project has a total investment of 140 billion VND from government bonds, and was started in 2013. Up to now, the project has completed 921m/1,963m of the total length of the project. This is a key project of Ky Son district. Once completed, it will overcome the long-standing riverbank erosion situation, contributing to minimizing damage to people and property during the rainy season.
