Accordingly, while selling Tet goods, Ms. NTO (born 2001, residing in Ngoc Thuong village, Cong Thanh commune, Yen Thanh, Nghe An) drove a motorbike with license plate 37P1-027.30 from Thong bridge to Cong Thanh commune intersection.

When arriving at the above location, she suddenly collided with a truck (driver's identity unknown). The strong collision caused Ms. O. to fall onto the road and was then killed by the truck on the spot.
