Implementing the program "Warm Winter"

(Baonghean) - The Department of Education and Training and the Youth Union of Vinh City (Nghe An) have just coordinated to implement the program "Warm Winter", focusing on mobilizing officials, teachers and students in the city to donate clothes, shoes and school supplies to support poor students and families in difficult circumstances in the two mountainous districts of Ky Son and Tuong Duong. The program will end on December 17, 2011.
