* February 5,Party Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinceheld a conference to announce and present the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work appointing Mr. Nguyen Cong Vinh - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to participate as a member of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Leaders of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province congratulated two officials appointed by the Secretariat to hold new positions.

The Central Party Secretariat decided to appoint Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thi Kim Phung - Deputy Director of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police to join the Provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the two officials, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province hoped that the two officials would continue to strive, promote their intelligence, talent, and unite with the collective to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

* Same day, ConferenceBinh Phuoc Provincial Party Committeeconducted a secret ballot to elect the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

At the Conference, the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee announced the conclusion of the Central Party Secretariat on agreeing to introduce comrade Huynh Thi Hang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to be elected to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term and to introduce the personnel for the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term.

Comrade Huynh Thi Hang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was elected to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee.

By secret ballot, 100% of the votes voted for Ms. Huynh Thi Hang to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term. The conference also voted unanimously to nominate Ms. Huynh Thi Hang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee, to run for the position of Chairwoman of the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term.

Comrade Huynh Thi Hang, born in 1975, has a Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering; Senior in Political Theory. Previously, Comrade Huynh Thi Hang held the positions of Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Secretary of the Binh Long Town Party Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee.
