Implementing a plan to vote of confidence for people holding positions elected by the People's Council
On June 10, the People's Council of Anh Son district held a conference to implement the policy of taking a vote of confidence and voting for those holding positions elected by the People's Councils at district, commune and town levels for the 2011-2016 term, in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 35 of the National Assembly and Resolution No. 561 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
(Baonghean.vn) -On June 10, the People's Council of Anh Son district held a conference to implement the policy of taking a vote of confidence and voting for those holding positions elected by the People's Councils at district, commune and town levels for the 2011-2016 term, in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 35 of the National Assembly and Resolution No. 561 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
Participants include: Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee, Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, 38 delegates of the 17th District People's Council; Organizing Committee of the District Party Committee, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Justice, Office of the District People's Council and People's Committee; Standing Committee of the People's Council, Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of 21 communes and towns.
The conference thoroughly grasped Resolution No. 81/NQ-HĐND and Plan No. 18/KH-HĐND dated May 15, 2013 of the People's Council of Nghe An province; Plan No. 15/KH-HĐND dated May 30, 2013 of the People's Council of Anh Son district on taking a vote of confidence, voting for confidence for those holding positions elected by the People's Council for the 2011-2016 term. The conference focused on clarifying the purpose, requirements, procedures, basic operations, methods of organization and implementation, subjects of taking a vote of confidence, voting for confidence for the People's Councils at district, commune and town levels for the 2011-2016 term.
The Standing Committee of the District People's Council has also implemented a coordination plan, assigned tasks, directed propaganda work,... combined with action programs to implement the leadership policy of the Standing Committee of the Anh Son District Party Committee to take 2013 as the year of democracy, enhancing dialogue, in order to organize effectively, ensuring the requirements of taking a vote of confidence, voting for confidence in those holding positions elected by the People's Council for the 2011-2016 term and the following years.
