Deploying the plan to organize the 3rd Nghe An Television Cup Tennis Tournament - 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 23, the Organizing Committee of the 3rd Nghe An Television Cup Tennis Tournament 2015 held a meeting to discuss the tournament organization plan.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired. Attending were representatives of the provincial Radio and Television Station, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Education and Training, Provincial Youth Union, a number of units, enterprises and press agencies in the province.

Mr. Tran Minh Ngoc - Deputy Director of Nghe An Radio and Television Station, Head of the Organizing Committee introduced the Tournament regulations.

The 3rd Nghe An Television (NTV) Tennis Cup 2015 is held to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and other major holidays of the year, to encourage the movement of practicing and competing in tennis for all subjects in the whole province, and at the same time to mobilize agencies, units and benefactors to help poor students in remote and border areas on the occasion of the new school year 2015-2016. The tournament takes place from August 14 to August 16, 2015 at the Giao Te Hotel Club and Truong Son Club. The opening and closing ceremonies and the final matches will be broadcast live on NTV.

According to the regulations, participating units are provincial departments, branches, unions, central agencies located in the area, districts, cities, towns and Tennis Clubs in Nghe An province. In addition, the Organizing Committee also invited a number of Tennis Clubs in Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Hanoi provinces... and a number of partner units of Nghe An Radio and Television Station to participate. Athletes participating in the tournament are those who are living, studying, working and have household registration in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces.

The athletes competed in 7 events: men's doubles for administrative and career management, men's doubles for administrative and career management, men's doubles for business, men's doubles for grassroots movement, men's doubles for premier league and men's singles for premier league. Of which, men's doubles for premier league and men's singles for premier league are 2 new events in the competition regulations of this year's tournament.

Mr. Le Duc Hai - Director of Giao Te Hotel committed to creating the best conditions for matches taking place at Giao Te Club's stadium.

At the meeting, members of the Organizing Committee also contributed some ideas related to human resources, fundraising activities and some initiatives to create a greater impact.

Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien asked the members of the Organizing Committee to coordinate more closely for the tournament to be successful.
