Implementing Decree 59 of the Government on monitoring law enforcement

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 15, the Department of Justice held a conference to deploy and disseminate Decree 59/2012/ND-CP dated July 23, 2012 on monitoring the implementation of laws. Attending the conference were representatives of a number of provincial departments, agencies, and judicial officers of districts and towns.

On July 23, 2012, the Government issued Decree No. 59 on monitoring the implementation of the law, clearly defining the content, activities of monitoring the implementation of the law and the responsibilities of state agencies in monitoring the implementation of the law. The Decree has 5 chapters and 20 articles and takes effect from October 1, 2012. This is an important legal basis for ministries, branches and localities to implement the work of monitoring the implementation of the law in a unified and synchronous manner.

Conference overview
