(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, July 27, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc held the 8th Party Executive Committee Conference (Term XVIII), term 2010-2015. Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc chaired the conference.
In the first six months of the year, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies has focused on directing the grassroots party organizations under its management to closely follow their functions and tasks, and well lead the implementation of the political tasks set out, contributing to the completion of the goals and targets of the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Bloc for the 2010-2015 term. The Party Committee has organized 4 classes to focus on studying and thoroughly understanding Resolutions 3 and 4 of the Party Central Committee, Resolution 08 of the Politburo, Resolutions 05, 06, 07 of the Provincial Party Committee, Regulations No. 45-QD/TW on the implementation of the Party Charter (Term XI), instructions on the implementation of inspection and supervision work, on things that party members are not allowed to do, etc. for the secretaries, deputy secretaries of the grassroots party committees, heads of agencies, units, and key cadres in the Party Committee of the Bloc; directing 100% of the grassroots party organizations to thoroughly understand the Resolutions to cadres and party members.
Coordinate with the Provincial Political School to open 2 intermediate political theory training classes for 140 students, open 2 party admission training classes and political theory training classes for 183 new party members. Continue to direct party organizations to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, review the content of registration to follow Uncle Ho, implement the policy of the Provincial People's Committee to help poor communes in Western Nghe An,... Complete inspections and supervisions according to the program and plan, strengthen the detection and inspection of party organizations and party members when there are signs of violations.
The key tasks for the last 6 months of the year are: Strengthening political and ideological education, improving the moral qualities, lifestyle, sense of responsibility, and political mettle of cadres and party members; Organizing the dissemination of Resolution 5 of the 11th Party Central Committee (Term XI), Resolution 09-NQ/TU dated March 13, 2012 of the Provincial Party Committee on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party's grassroots organizations"; Resolution 01-NQ/DU of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies on "Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party's grassroots organizations and the quality of cadres and party members" and the Projects of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on "Improving the quality of Party cell activities", Project "Improving the quality of political and ideological education", Project "Improving the quality of inspection and supervision work". Organizing the review of cadres and party members in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the 11th Central Committee (Term XI).
