(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 21, 2015, in Vinh City, the Steering Committee for Building a Strong and Comprehensive Base (CSVM), the Safety and Mastery Cluster (ATLC) and Combat Readiness (SSCD) of Nghe An province held a conference to deploy tasks and sign a program to coordinate the implementation of Military - Defense tasks in 2015. Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Building a Strong and Comprehensive Base (CSVM), the Safety and Mastery Cluster (ATLC) and Combat Readiness (SSCD) of the province chaired the meeting.

The province basically completed the goals and targets according to 5 contents of building the ATLC foundation such as: focusing on leading and directing the good performance of political and ideological education, building a clean and strong political system; building and developing the socio-economy associated with strengthening national defense and security, especially in key areas and borders; leading and directing the implementation of national defense and security tasks, building a socio-cultural life; implementing well social policies and military rear policies; maintaining regular activities and effectively organizing ATLC-SSCĐ cluster meetings associated with Party building; The Military Region, Provincial and District Safety Steering Committees inspected 147 communes, wards and towns, thereby overcoming limitations and weaknesses...

In 2014, the results of coordination in implementing national defense tasks had many positive changes. Steering Committee members proactively performed assigned tasks; at the same time, they strengthened coordination in propaganda and education to raise people's awareness of local military and defense tasks.
