Accordingly, Colonel Nguyen Tien Dan directed the police of units and localities to proactively grasp the situation, advise Party committees and authorities to focus on directing and resolving emerging issues of security and order; protect the safety of key targets, major political and social activities, Party and State leaders and international guests coming to Nghe An; promptly detect, prevent and effectively combat all plots and sabotage activities of hostile and reactionary forces; not to allow terrorist activities, sabotage or complicated security and order hotspots to occur.

The Deputy Director requested the Cua Lo Town Police to mobilize all forces and means, use synchronous professional measures in coordination with a number of professional departments to ensure absolute safety for activities during the opening ceremony of Tourism 2014. In particular, proactively organize preventive measures, combat, and prevent activities that violate national security, terrorist activities; effectively combat all types of criminal offenses and social evils, especially robbery, snatching, property theft, fraud and appropriation of tourists' property...; ensure absolute safety in fire prevention and fighting; ensure traffic safety to create a healthy environment for local people as well as domestic and foreign tourists coming to Cua Lo to participate in tourism activities with complete joy.
