Art exhibition to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's letter to artists (1951)

(Baonghean) -The exhibition, organized by Nghe An Literature and Arts Association, opened on the morning of December 14 at the Viet Duc Children's Cultural House - Vinh City.

Over the years, Nghe An fine arts and photography have always made significant contributions to the country's art scene. Responding to the campaign to create and promote literary, artistic and journalistic works with the theme "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh", artists have participated in hundreds of works, promptly reflecting the people's fighting and working life, the country's achievements in innovation, especially depicting the image of Uncle Ho in a realistic and touching way... In 2009, there were 19 works, in 2010, there were 21 works awarded at the provincial level. Many works won Central awards and were exhibited nationwide.

This exhibition takes place from December 14 to 20, bringing together 160 works of art and fine art photography by 82 authors, including 24 children.In addition to the significance of commemorating the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's letter to artists at the 1951 Painting Exhibition in Viet Bac, this Exhibition also has the meaning of promoting the implementation of Directive 03 of the Politburo on studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh. This is also an opportunity for artists to meet, exchange creative experiences, and encourage creativity to have authentic and vivid works sent to the public. The opening ceremony attracted a large number of artists and people of the province to attend and enjoy.
