Attending the ceremony on behalf of the Central Committee and Military Region 4 were comrades: Major General Bui Hai Son - Commander of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command; Luong Duc Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture; Do Thi Thu Hang - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum; Major General Phan Van Sy - Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region 4.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department; Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Van Dung - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Le Thi Hoai Chung - Principal of the Provincial Political School; Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Nghe An Department of Culture and Sports; Ho Mau Thanh - Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

The exhibition of large-scale propaganda paintings commemorating the 75th anniversary of the National Resistance Day and the photo exhibition “Ho Chi Minh – He is the light that guides the way”, commemorating the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho’s second visit to his homeland is an opportunity for the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people to review the patriotic tradition and glorious history, the will for independence, and the indomitable spirit of the nation in the resistance war against foreign invaders; arouse national pride and self-esteem; and foster confidence in the Party’s guidelines and leadership.

In this exhibition, the Organizing Committee displays 72 propaganda paintings by professional artists nationwide, selected from the Propaganda Painting Contest to celebrate the 75th anniversary of National Resistance Day organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the photographic works are arranged according to many different themes.
