Exhibition "Youth of Military Region IV volunteering to build and defend the Fatherland"

(Baonghean) -On the afternoon of March 22, 2011, at the Museum of Military Region IV, the Political Department of the Military Region opened the thematic exhibition "Youth of Military Region IV volunteering to build and defend the Fatherland".

Attending the event were Lieutenant General Mai Quang Phan (Member of the Party Central Committee, Political Commissar of the Military Region), along with a large number of officers, soldiers and students of Vocational School No. IV of the Ministry of National Defense.

This exhibition introduces more than 300 images, documents, and artifacts to honor generations of Vietnamese youth in general and the youth of Military Region IV in particular in the cause of national liberation, construction, and defense of the Fatherland. The displayed images and artifacts help viewers gain a deeper understanding of the Party's and Uncle Ho's care for the young generation; the intelligence, creativity, and brave sacrifice of heroic martyrs; the feats and outstanding achievements of generations of cadres and youth union members throughout the military region through the ages... Through that, it aims to strengthen the belief, educate the tradition for the younger generation, and encourage young cadres and soldiers throughout the military region to achieve many new achievements in all fields of work, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

The exhibition will be open until March 31.
