Dismantling inter-provincial drug trafficking ring

At 8:30 p.m. on July 19, at Le Huan Street, Cong Hoa Block, Vinh Tan Ward, the CANA Police Department discovered and caught red-handed Nguyen Van Thanh (born in 1970), residing in Tan Phuc Block, Vinh Tan Ward, and Nguyen Thi Hang (born in 1977), who were illegally buying and selling drugs. Evidence seized at the scene included 2 heroin sticks weighing 67 grams and a mobile phone.

Expanding the investigation, the police force urgently arrested two subjects Phan Van Thuy (born in 1979) residing in Hamlet 1, Trung Son, Do Luong and Phan Thi Hai Dieu (born in 1990) residing in Block 3, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, who participated in a drug trafficking ring from Tuong Duong to Vinh City and to the Central provinces for consumption.
