Initially, it was determined that the subjects took advantage of the loopholes of companies exporting goods abroad at the warehouse area of Tan Son Nhat International Airport to collude with the drivers of trucks transporting goods, using tricks to open the locking screws of the truck's cargo containers without affecting the companies' "seals" to open the truck's cargo containers.
The subjects pre-printed tape to seal the boxes of the companies so that after cutting open the boxes to take the assets, they would re-seal them with this tape to cover the eyes of the company representatives when checking the goods to avoid detection.
The subjects carried out the theft on the way to transport goods or at the parking lot waiting for the transport company in the warehouse area of Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Nguyen Van Cuong is a truck driver. Cuong and Huynh Long Duy know each other. On November 17, because he needed money to spend, Duy had the idea of stealing property; Duy asked Cuong to notify Duy when there was a next shipment so that Duy could steal the goods, sell them for money, and then split the money with Cuong. Cuong agreed. Duy invited Huynh Long Hao and Nguyen Van Duong to commit the crime.
On November 24, 2022, after being informed by Cuong that there was a cargo shipment, the subjects committed the above crime.
Currently, Tan Binh District Police are continuing to investigate and handle the case in accordance with the law.
