Destroying a synthetic drug production facility in the city center
Searching a hotel room and Minh's house, the police discovered and seized more than 4,000 synthetic drugs and many machines, tools, additives, colorants... used to produce large quantities of drugs.
On the afternoon of June 2, Lieutenant Colonel Mai Thong Nhat - Captain of the Special Criminal Police Team of the Criminal Police Department (PC45) of Ho Chi Minh City Police, said that he had just broken up a large drug production, storage, and trafficking ring led by Dang Hoang Minh, 33 years old, residing in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Mai Thong Nhat, during the process of reconnaissance and understanding the area, special criminal detectives discovered that Dang Hoang Minh specialized in supplying synthetic drugs (ecstasy) to other "henchmen" to redistribute to customers in need in Ho Chi Minh City.
The detectives secretly followed all his movements and collected evidence related to Minh's crimes.
After many months of ambush, on the night of May 31, when Minh was riding his motorbike on Le Van Tho Street, Ward 9, Go Vap District, he was arrested by detectives.
During a search of a hotel room on Street 14, Ward 8, Go Vap District, the police discovered a square box hidden in the bathroom vent. The box contained up to 1,000 ecstasy pills of various types.

Continuing to search Minh's rented house in Tan Hung Thuan ward (District 12), the police force discovered and seized more than 3,000 synthetic drug pills of various types, many machines, tools, additives, colorants... used to produce large quantities of drugs.
The case is under further investigation.
