Successfully destroyed the "411T" project

(Baonghean) -Carrying out the peak period of the attack to capture, persuade to surrender and eliminate wanted subjects of the Provincial Police, the Criminal Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police established Project 411T to concentrate forces, means and apply professional measures to verify and capture subjects who have been hiding for many years in the Southern provinces and the Central Highlands.

After checking, the whole province still has 479 wanted subjects, including 172 dangerous and extremely dangerous subjects. Using professional measures, the detectives have identified 14 wanted subjects hiding in the southern provinces, some of whom have changed their names, changed their hiding addresses, and have even been recruited into state agencies. The working group of the Criminal Investigation Police Department has verified 13/13 hiding addresses in the provinces of Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Kon Tum, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, and Da Nang. As a result, 7 wanted subjects have been arrested; successfully breaking the "411T" project.

The task force arrested Nguyen Dinh Mai (1971), from Xuan Lam commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An, wanted for robbery in 2004 and had 3 previous convictions for intentional injury and theft. Mai is a professional gangster, often gambling, collecting debts, robbing casinos... In 2004, Mai and his accomplices used motorbikes to rob property, his accomplices were arrested and he fled to Dak Nong province with his younger brother to establish a company and become the Station Chief managing 40 workers. During his time in hiding, Mai used many tricks to conceal his identity such as: plastic surgery to change his identity; using a post office subscription under someone else's name to register permanent residence in Saigon, not directly paying the bill but recharging via phone card; Although the company headquarters is in Gia Nghia town, Dak Nong province, Mai only lives in a farm, about 40 km from the town, all living needs are through other people... Using professional measures, on July 19, 2011, the wanted police force arrested this subject.

Expanding the investigation, the working group arrested additional subjects Nguyen Gia Dinh (1984), from Hamlet 3, Thanh Tuong Commune, Thanh Chuong, who committed the crime of gambling and was hiding in Dak Nong Province; Le Van Cam (1969), from Tan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh, who committed the crime of violating road traffic regulations and was hiding in Binh Duong Province; Le Long (1969), from Nghia Loc Commune, Nghia Dan, who committed the crime of intentionally causing injury and was hiding in Ho Chi Minh City; Nguyen Khac Thuy (1982), from Tho Son Commune, Anh Son, who committed the crime of extortion and was hiding in Dong Nai Province; Nguyen Thi Huyen (1976), residing in Dien Bich Commune, Dien Chau, who committed the crime of abusing trust and appropriating property and was hiding in Dong Nai Province; and Dinh Van Duan (1991), from Dong Thang Commune, Trieu Son District, Thanh Hoa, who was convinced to surrender.

The pursuit of wanted fugitives in the Southern and Central Highlands provinces demonstrates the ingenuity and bravery of officers and soldiers of the Wanted Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police, who have not been afraid of hardships and difficulties in pursuing fugitives to resolve pending cases, ensuring the strictness of the law.
