Summoned 16 teenagers carrying pig-stabbing knives causing trouble at night
A group of teenagers in Hoa Binh gathered, brought weapons, rode motorbikes, and threw glass beer bottles onto the street. All subjects were summoned by the police to be handled according to regulations.
On December 7, Kim Boi District Police (Hoa Binh) said they had summoned and clarified 16 teenagers who gathered, carried weapons, and disturbed public order in the area.

Previously, the authorities discovered that on the night of November 19 and November 29 in Sao Bay commune (Kim Boi district), a group of teenagers gathered carrying weapons (knives, beer bottles, pig spears, etc.) riding motorbikes in three-wheelers, weaving, swinging, and throwing glass bottles onto the street, causing disorder.
At the investigation agency, the group of teenagers confessed to all their violations. Because they intended to parade in the streets to show their power, the group gathered, brought weapons, and rode motorbikes to throw glass beer bottles onto the street.
While driving, the subjects did not wear helmets, drove in 3-wheel drive, weaved, drove at high speed, revved the engine, and honked, causing disorder.
The case is being handled according to regulations.
