Summoning a group of minors to parade around dancing with swords and filming TikTok
The identity of the owner of the TikTok account “Bom Bom” who posted the image of two young men holding homemade swords on the street is Dinh Le Gia Huy. Huy was previously warned by the police of Vy Da ward (Hue city) for stealing a motorbike and is currently involved in three other motorbike thefts in the area that are being investigated by the police.
On June 27, the Criminal Police Department (CSHS) of Hue City Police said that it had just verified and handled the subjects driving motorbikes carrying weapons posted on the TikTok account "Bom Bom".
Previously, on April 14 and June 15, the TikTok account “Bom Bom” posted two videos of two young men riding a motorbike with a homemade sword on the road. This behavior caused outrage and concern among people participating in traffic.

Through verification, the police identified the owner of the TikTok account “Bom Bom” as Dinh Le Gia Huy (born in 2010, residing in Duong No ward, Hue city). In February 2025, Huy was warned by Vy Da ward police (Hue city) for stealing a motorbike and is currently involved in 3 other motorbike thefts in the area that are being investigated by the police.
Based on Dinh Le Gia Huy's testimony, the Criminal Police Department summoned 10 people involved in the videos posted by Huy on his personal TikTok account: Le Duy Bao, Tran Quoc Nam, Truong Dang Ngoc Thang, Hoang Ngoc Sam Thuong, Nguyen Hoang An, Duong Van Minh, Duong Van Quy, Tran Ngoc Tan, Duong Van Hai Au and Nguyen Thanh Thang (aged 15-18, all residing in Hue City).

At the police station, the subjects confessed that they often gathered in groups, used motorbikes to carry each other at high speed on the roads in the center of Hue City, carried homemade weapons and posted them on social networks to "show off"...
Currently, the Criminal Police Department of Hue City Police is consolidating documents, seizing weapons and coordinating with the Traffic Police Department and Duong No Ward Police to handle the case according to regulations. At the same time, Duong No Ward Police is required to compile records to send qualified cases to the ward for re-education and have strict management measures to prevent violations.
