Prosecution of a group of subjects using weapons to disturb public order
Nghe An Provincial Police have decided to prosecute the case, prosecute 17 subjects, execute arrest warrants to detain 2 subjects, and prohibit 12 subjects from leaving their place of residence.
Previously, on the evening of April 29, two groups of young men used motorbikes and slingshots to chase and fight each other in Yen Thanh district.
The investigation agency stepped in and determined that the group of teenagers from 16 to 18 years old, residing in the districts of Yen Thanh and Dien Chau, in which 02 subjects Luu Xuan Hieu and Nguyen Duc Anh Tuan led the two groups of subjects.conflictbefore.
After many provocations and challenges over the phone, the two groups made an appointment to meet at the parking lot in Do Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district to resolve the conflict. Here, the subjects drove motorbikes to chase, shout and use weapons to intimidate the other side.

Immediately after discovering the incident, the police mobilized to investigate, extract security camera systems, and screen the subjects. After only 12 hours, the police summoned all subjects to clarify. At the investigation agency, the subjects admitted their crimes.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province Police has issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute 17 subjects for the act of "Disturbing public order", execute arrest warrants to detain 02 subjects, and prohibit 12 subjects from leaving their place of residence.
The police agency recommends that public space is a common space for everyone in the community to live together, maintained by the State in a stable, organized, and disciplined state. Therefore, any act that disrupts the state of stability and public order will be handled with sanctions according to the provisions of law.
