After receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 of the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province summoned the bus driver who was driving, talking on the phone and texting, causing panic among passengers.
According to information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 under the Provincial Police Traffic Police Department, the summoned driver is NAL (born in 1992), residing in Lien Tan village, Bong Khe commune, Con Cuong district.
The previous incident occurred at 11:20 a.m. on March 22.

At the police station, driver NAL admitted to driving the 16-seat passenger van with license plate 20B-006.xx, holding his phone in his right hand to make a call and using his left hand to use another phone while the vehicle was moving on the road. Driver L. was aware of his actions and promised not to repeat the offense.
Accordingly, the authorities have issued a fine to driver NAL for using a cell phone while driving, with a fine of 5 million VND and a deduction of 4 points from his driving license.
Previously, Nghe An Newspaper reported on the afternoon of March 22 that a 42-second video clip was circulating on social media, recording the scene of a 16-seat passenger bus driver not paying attention while driving. While driving, the driver's right hand was holding the phone to his ear, while his left hand was scrolling through another phone.
The driver driving at high speed while using two phones made the passengers extremely worried. Although many people reminded him, the driver still ignored it, and some passengers even panicked and asked him to stop the car in the middle of the road.
