The program is organized by the Japan Foundation - Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam.
Honored as one of the world's 100 living geniuses, Professor Ishiguro has devoted all his passion to researching and developing a life-like Android operating system called “Geminoids” to explore what it means to be human.
Mr. Yamato - President, CEO of Vstone Company - a company specializing in manufacturing Robots using the technology of Professor Ishiguro, and also the manager of "Team Osaka (a joint team of industry-academia-government in Osaka city)" - the team that won the 5th consecutive victory at the "Robotcup" world championship will be the one to control the Robot performance at FPT University.
The event was broadcast in Japanese with Vietnamese interpretation.
It is known that the Conference has been held in many countries around the world, and Vietnam was chosen as the first destination in the Southeast Asia region. As a co-organizer, FPT University hopes to create conditions for Vietnamese students to become the first Southeast Asian students to witness the most advanced robot manufacturing technology in Japan today, especially knowledge about Artificial Intelligence, software design for Robots, and at the same time exchange and learn from the living genius - Professor Ishiguro.
