(Baonghean.vn)-On October 31, Vinh City Police said they are currently investigating the subject who snatched the handbag of Ms. Hoang Thi Dung (born in 1987, residing in Trung Nghia block, Dong Vinh ward). According to her testimony, at 8:00 p.m. on October 30, Ms. Dung was riding a motorbike on Phan Boi Chau street when a young man on a motorbike snatched a handbag containing a laptop and a pair of earrings, causing a total loss of about 9 million VND.
The second case is the subject stealing the motorbike of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh (born in 1964, residing in Yen Giang block, Vinh Tan ward). According to Ms. Thanh's statement, at 6:30 p.m. on October 30, she parked her Wave motorbike, license plate 37B1-90774 in the yard of her house, when the subject stole it, the motorbike was worth about 12 million VND.
