(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:00 a.m. on November 6, Trung Do Ward Police (Vinh City) arrested Nguyen Sy Khanh (born 1987, residing in Xuan Trung block, Hung Dung Ward) for theft of property, confiscating 1 laptop and 1 mobile phone, total value of about 18 million VND.
- At 3:00 p.m. on November 6, Ms. Le Thi Chinh (26 years old, residing in Quynh Thach commune, Quynh Luu) rode a motorbike to the commune clinic for a medical examination when two young men on a motorbike snatched her gold earrings. Quynh Luu district police are investigating and clarifying the incident.
