In the early morning of September 23 (Vietnam time), the match of round 7 of the Saudi Arabian National Championship between Al Nassr and Al Ahli took place. As usual, Ronaldo was in the starting lineup of the reigning runner-up.
It took just 4 minutes for Ronaldo to score the opening goal for Al Nassr. In the home team's counter-attack, Mane assisted the Portuguese superstar to finish delicately past the Al Ahli goalkeeper.
In the 17th minute, Al Nassr scored their second goal. From a free kick on the right wing of the home team KSU, Laporte headed the ball into the wall for Talisca to finish close to the goal, scoring against the away team.
Al Ahli then tried to push up their formation to play offensively and scored a goal to reduce the score to 1-2 thanks to Kessie. But in the first half's injury time, Talisca completed his double with a superb curling shot, restoring the 2-goal gap for Al Nassr.

In the second half, the two teams continued to give an exciting score chase. In the 50th minute, Mahrez successfully took a penalty to reduce the score to 2-3 for Al Ahli. Just 2 minutes later, Ronaldo skillfully handled the ball and then shot from afar to increase the score to 4-2 for Al Nassr.
During the remaining time of the match, despite great efforts, Al Ahli could only score 1 more goal thanks to Firas Al-Buraikan, thereby, suffering a 3-4 defeat in the end.
The thrilling victory helped Al Nassr surpass Al Ahli to rise to 5th place in the Saudi Arabian national championship rankings. Ronaldo and his teammates had their 5th consecutive victory in this arena and are only 3 points behind the top position of Al Ittihad.

MU accepts to 'cut losses' to get rid of Jadon Sancho
England winger Jadon Sancho is being axed from the first team after publicly criticising coach Ten Hag.
It all started when the Dutch coach made a statement suggesting that Sancho was not training seriously, leading to his being removed from the list of players to play against Arsenal. Jadon Sancho immediately announced that he was being made a "scapegoat" and that coach Ten Hag was not telling the truth.

He had the chance to return if he apologized to the Dutch coach. However, Sancho refused to do so and the club decided to drop him from the first team.
The Daily Star reported that MU leaders are willing to sell the 24-year-old player for 40 million pounds, much lower than the 73 million pounds they spent to recruit Sancho from Dortmund more than 2 years ago.
As soon as the winter transfer window opens, Sancho will be liquidated. The Manchester team accepted the option of a half-season loan with an option to sell Sancho outright in the summer of 2024. Sancho's former team, Borrusia Dortmund, also left open the possibility of borrowing him back next winter./.
