More than 190 artifacts, more than 140 photos and dozens of documents; excerpts, diagrams, maps; and 40 stories of witnesses displayed here will vividly recreate the heroic past of the army and people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province in the spring of 1975. In particular, the decisive battle destroyed the entire military defense line of the enemy in the Central Highlands, opening the way for the complete defeat and disintegration of the "Army of the Republic of Vietnam" in South Vietnam.
The exhibition contributes to educating the younger generation to appreciate the sacrifices and losses of previous generations, and to have more will and resilience to firmly protect the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
The exhibition of historical artifacts and photos commemorating the 40th anniversary of Buon Ma Thuot's liberation will take place until March 12.
