Central region continues to have rain
Temperatures in the North drop to just 11-14 degrees, the cold feeling increases when it rains.
Cold air with scattered showers has affected the entire North, North Central and Central Central regions.
It is forecasted that today, the Northern region will experience severe cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold. Hanoi capital is cold with the lowest temperature only 12 degrees with continuous showers.
In Hai Phong it is raining and cold with the lowest temperature being 12 degrees and the highest being only 18 degrees.
The Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue region is forecast to continue to have moderate rain, with some places experiencing heavy to very heavy rain. The weather will be cold in the North, and cold in the South. The highest temperature is 24 degrees Celsius, the lowest is only 14 degrees Celsius.
From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. Daytime temperatures range from 27-30 degrees Celsius, dropping to about 22-25 degrees Celsius at night.
Showers also appeared continuously during the day in some places in the Central Highlands and the South. The highest temperature in the Central Highlands was 30 degrees and decreased rapidly at night, maintaining at 18 degrees.
The highest temperature in the South is 33 degrees, in which Ho Chi Minh City is 33 degrees and Can Tho is 31 degrees.
Quang Tri has localized flooding, warning of flash floods and landslides. Last evening and night, Quang Tri had very heavy rain leading to flooding in many places: Thach Han 180mm, My Chanh 140mm, Vinh Tu 104mm.
