China arrests 4 citizens for selling military secrets to foreign intelligence

China Radio International reported on July 15 that the country had arrested four citizens working at a defense company for selling military secrets to foreign intelligence agencies.

This is the latest in a series of arrests related to espionage.

The station's online news network cited the state security agency in Sichuan province, southwest China, as saying that these defense personnel were suspected of revealing secrets about the testing, production and use of new high-tech weapons.

They also seek to introduce military technical experts to foreign spies.
