China arrests perpetrator of explosion at Provincial Party Committee office
According to Xinhua News Agency, Chinese police announced on November 8 that they had arrested a male suspect related to a series of explosions in Taiyuan city, capital of Shanxi province, northern China.

The suspect, named Feng Zhijun, 41 years old, is a resident of Thai Nguyen city and he has pleaded guilty.
