China: Poultry processing plant fire kills 93 people
When the accident happened, there were more than 300 Chinese workers working in the factory. Rescue was difficult because the escape route was too small.
At least 93 people were killed after a fire broke out at a poultry processing plant in Jilin province, northeastern China on the morning of June 3.

According to Xinhua News Agency, the fire broke out at a poultry slaughterhouse owned by Baoyuan Poultry Company in Dehui City, Jilin Province at around 6 a.m. on June 3 (local time). There were more than 300 Chinese workers at the factory when the accident occurred. Of these, 100 workers managed to escape the fire.
