According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in December, cold air in the north will continue to increase its activity. Along with that, the equatorial low pressure trough still tends to maintain strong activity and affect the weather in the central and southern regions of the East Sea. Therefore, there is still a high risk of storms or tropical depressions that can affect the mainland of our country, concentrated in the area from the Central Central region to the South.
The Central and South Central regions need to continue to be on guard against heavy rains due to the influence of cold air combined with tropical disturbances such as storms and tropical depressions.
In addition, there is still a risk of strong winds and rising water in the sea areas due to the activity of cold air in the north and middle of the East Sea and storms or tropical depressions in the south of the East Sea.
The Central Highlands and the South will have more rainy days than average due to the influence of the equatorial low pressure trough.
