On the morning of October 2, the Central Organizing Committee held an online conference with 63 locations nationwide to evaluate the Party building work in the first 9 months of the year and deploy key tasks for the last 3 months of 2020. Create changes in organization and apparatus towards streamlining

Reporting on the results of Party building and organization work in the first 9 months of 2020, comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing CommitteeCentral Organizing CommitteeAffirming that the whole industry has been active, proactive, continued to innovate methods, styles, and working practices, overcome difficulties, and carried out and completed a large volume of work.

Notably, the whole industry has proactively and promptly advised the Party Committee, while directing, guiding, monitoring, and promptly resolving practical issues, ensuring the completion of the tasks.congressgrassroots level, direct superiors of the grassroots level on schedule and requirements in the complicated conditions of the Covid-19 epidemic.

In the Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, as of September 30, 2020, 14/67 Party Committees had successfully organized congresses.

The sector also continues to review, adjust, supplement and amend many documents related to personnel work to ensure strict compliance with regulations; advise on the mobilization and rotation of personnel associated with the implementation of arranging a number of key leadership positions at the provincial and district levels who are not local people.

Tighten discipline in personnel work

Regarding the key political tasks of the Party Organization and Construction sector in the last 3 months of the year, comrade Pham Minh Chinh emphasized the requirement for the entire sector to focus on completing the goals and tasks of 2020 and the 5-year period of 2015-2020; focus on completing the congress of the Party Committees directly under the Central Committee in October 2020, and at the same time actively participate in giving opinions on documents as well as preparing contents and conditions to ensure13th National Party Congressorganized successfully.

Party committees need to focus on approving the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and completing positions according to the approved personnel plan to ensure early stabilization of the organizational apparatus and immediate implementation of work after the congress.

At the same time, Party committees and Organizing Committees at all levels continue to effectively implement the Central Resolutions on Party building and organization work; in which special attention is paid to tightening discipline and order in personnel work, contributing to preventing and repelling the situation of running for positions and power in personnel work.

The Head of the Central Organization Committee also emphasized that currently, the Party Organization and Building sector is carrying out a large and difficult amount of work, requiring quality and timeliness. Therefore, the Party Organization Committee and the staff working on Party organization and building need to continue to promote solidarity, loyalty, honesty, transparency, exemplary behavior, and spirit in work; actively follow the reality to solve difficulties.
