The delegates informed the voters about the socio-economic situation, national defense and security in the province in 2016. The task in 2017 will continue to deploy the action program to implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo on Nghe An; Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020.

Voters were also informed about the content, agenda, and time of the 3rd session of the 17th Provincial People's Council. The session is scheduled to take place from December 14-16, reviewing 22 reports and passing 34 resolutions.

At the meeting, many voters expressed their excitement about the development of the province in 2016 and agreed with the program and content of the 3rd session of the 17th Provincial People's Council. Voters frankly raised concerns and problems, requesting the Provincial People's Council to pay attention and resolve them.

Referring to Decree 67 and Decree 87 of the Provincial People's Committee on support policies for fishermen to build large ships, provide fuel, and go further to increase production as well as protect the sovereignty of the sea of ​​the Fatherland, voter Le Van Tuyet suggested that fishermen have borrowed capital to invest in building large ships, but the support settlement still has many shortcomings.

Voter Nguyen Xuan Tung proposed a clear roadmap for reducing the number of staff.

Voter Ngo Tran Hai, hamlet 20, Quynh Vinh commune, petitioned about the fact that 80 households in the hamlet had been granted land ownership certificates since 1999 but until now have not had access to the national electricity grid and are having to buy electricity from private sources at high prices. Voters hope that the relevant agencies will pay attention to resolving the issue so that people can enjoy their legitimate rights.

Voter Nguyen Dinh Duoc, head of block 1 of Hoang Mai town, mentioned the multidimensional criteria in considering poor and near-poor households.

Regarding the Hoa Sen Ton factory located in Quynh Lap commune, voter Mai Van Khu reflected that the road leading to the factory is inherently narrow, the traffic volume of heavy-duty vehicles passing through the area is very dense, and there is dust and smoke pollution. Large vehicles parked on both sides of the road obstruct the visibility of traffic participants, and many tragic accidents have occurred. Therefore, voters suggested that timely measures should be taken to overcome and resolve this situation.

Voter Khu also informed about the kindergarten in Dong Minh hamlet, Quynh Lap commune, which is having to study in a cultural house. In the 2016-2017 school year, 77 children aged 4-5 studied in a cramped area of ​​40-50m2.²In addition, facilities and teaching and learning materials are still lacking. People hope that leaders at all levels will pay more attention to preschool education.
