On the afternoon of June 12, the delegation of heads of Vietnamese representative agencies abroad for the 2015-2018 term led by Comrade Nguyen Quoc Cuong - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan, came to Sen Village, the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh, to offer incense and flowers to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh before leaving for his new assignment. On the side of Nghe An province, there was Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
