(Baonghean) - In the training activities of a vocational school, 3 important stages need to be closely directed, which are: Input, training process management and output (employment after graduation). Doing well the stages of these stages will have a positive impact, bringing efficiency to vocational education, improving the output quality of students in terms of Knowledge, Skills and Attitude.

In recent years, in addition to taking care of teaching and imparting knowledge and skills to students, the collective of leaders, teachers and employees of the Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology and Industry has paid great attention to educating the awareness and attitude of learners. Thanks to receiving a project from the Korean Government, the team of leaders has been able to study and work regularly with Korean experts and organizations; teachers have been able to study and transfer technology in countries such as Korea, Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan... Therefore, directly witnessing and being affected by the industrial working environment has helped the team of leaders build an industrial working environment and attitude.

On the basis of the legal documents of the State, the school has built a system of legal documents governing all activities of the school, implementing learning in all departments, faculties, students and is the legal basis for implementing democratic regulations. The school has built and applied 28 quality assurance processes, has built and implemented 51 more processes, this is the basis for the school to form and apply a quality assurance system according to the standards of advanced countries.

The school has paid attention to educating students about their attitudes since the first day of school. Students are introduced to the history, traditions, environment and conditions for learning and training, learn about rules, regulations, how to behave with friends and teachers, politeness when communicating, are educated about industrial working style, learn about the security and order situation, and compliance with the Traffic Law in Vinh City. With more than 1 week of early education, along with regular checks and reminders and 10 days of military training, military school teachers have coordinated well with the school to educate students about skills and industrial working style.

To build an industrial working environment, the school has established working discipline and industrial style among cadres, teachers, workers, and students such as working on time. No personal work, no use of phones in meetings, teaching, or receiving guests; no smoking, chewing gum, or littering on the street. Violators will be punished. Classrooms are assigned to self-managed sanitation areas, and are responsible for daily and weekly cleaning and inspection to ensure the environment is always clean.

In the teacher training workshops, students must follow the regulations on industrial hygiene: clean, tidy, complete when entering the classroom; serious, ready, and diligent when studying; clean, tidy, and neat before leaving. The training workshops apply the 5S policy: "Screening", "Arrangement", "Cleanliness", "Care", "Readiness". In addition, the regular inspection and reminders of staff, department leaders, faculties, and the Board of Directors have created an industrial and friendly working environment in the school.

On an area of ​​nearly 8 hectares of scientific planning and design, the school campus is always clean and tidy, each cadre, teacher, employee and student is always conscious of preserving and taking care of it. Coming to the practice workshops, although there are machines and equipment that have been used for 15 years, they are always clean, tidy and neat before, during and after each class.

Over 15 years of construction and development, Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology has always maintained its title as a typical cultural unit, not only doing a good job in vocational training but also doing a good job in educating students about attitudes towards life and career. From that educational environment, students are nurtured with a strong will to live and be useful to society, themselves and their families.

With the ideas and plans being implemented, Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology has been implementing 6 criteria of a high-quality vocational school according to Decision 761 of the Prime Minister, training a technical workforce approaching regional and international levels, contributing to the development and integration of the homeland and country.
