Nghe An College of Education: Closing ceremony of the 2011-2014 course

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 24, Nghe An Pedagogical College held a closing ceremony for the 2011-2014 course and awarded diplomas to 1,468 college and vocational secondary school students, including 214 students who are children of ethnic minorities.

In recent years, Nghe An Pedagogical College has continued to innovate and improve the quality of training and teaching. Every year, the school has a plan to adjust the curriculum appropriately, enhance the self-study and research capacity of both teachers and students to overcome the one-way teaching method, gradually limit the lessons that are heavy on theory, little practice, little encouragement for creativity, and little connection with reality. Student management work has increasingly had many measures and solutions to put into order associated with political and ideological education, at the same time creating many movements and practical activities, motivating students to actively study, practice, improve knowledge and social skills.

At the end of the course, the whole school had 1,486 students recognized as graduates, accounting for 97.63% of the total number of students eligible to take the graduation exam and consider graduation for the whole course. Of the 667 college students graduating this time, 23 were excellent (accounting for 3.4%), 454 were good (accounting for 65.5%); the intermediate level had 819 students, of which 11 were excellent (accounting for 1.3%), 406 were good (accounting for 49%). The number of students graduating from the 2011-2014 course of Nghe An College will contribute to supplementing the trained labor force of Nghe An in particular and the provinces in general to continue to increase.

On this occasion, Nghe An Pedagogical College awarded Certificates of Merit to 34 students with excellent achievements during their training, studying and working at school, including 23 college students and 11 intermediate students.
