Van Xuan University of Technology opens the 2012-2013 school year
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, November 2, in Cua Lo Town, Van Xuan University of Technology held the opening ceremony of the 2012-2013 school year and awarded bachelor's degrees in accounting. Attending the ceremony was Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
In the 2011-2012 school year, Van Xuan University of Technology enrolled and trained nearly 1,000 students, including university, college, joint training and joint master's training. The school has focused on improving the qualifications of staff and lecturers, 30% of lecturers have master's and doctoral degrees. Currently, the school has 10 lecturers who are training for doctoral and master's degrees abroad. In the last school year, the school had 34 students graduating from College of Accounting and 11 of them were assigned to work at units under the group in which the school holds shares. In the 2012-2013 school year, in addition to enrolling students in the regular university and college system, the school has gradually opened many new majors to meet the learning aspirations of students.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien acknowledged and praised the achievements that teachers and students of Van Xuan Technology School have achieved in recent years, contributing to training human resources for Nghe An province and the whole country. He noted that in order to successfully complete the tasks of the 2012-2011 school year, the school needs to focus on training, fostering and developing the quality of the teaching staff, and develop a project for training lecturers for the period 2010-2015. He suggested that the school continue to exploit investment resources in facilities and teaching equipment, have specific solutions in building a cultural learning environment, closely coordinate with all levels of departments in school activities and student management, and strive to become a prestigious and quality school.

On this occasion, Van Xuan University of Technology also awarded bachelor's degrees in accounting to 34 students of the first course, awarded prizes to the valedictorian of the fourth course and granted scholarships to students with excellent academic results in the 2011-2012 school year./.
