In March, through many specific activities, the youth of the whole school raised the exciting competitive atmosphere of Youth Month. With the motto of focusing on improving the quality of activities of the base, Vinh University youth actively propagated, educated, and trained union members through propaganda activities on not using alcohol, preventing drugs and social evils, and building a cultural lifestyle. The school's Youth Union also organized for students to give opinions on the Draft Amendment of the 1992 Constitution; organized "Green Sunday" to protect the green - clean - beautiful environment with the participation of a large number of Youth Union members in the whole school.
