Vinh University awarded Bachelor's degrees to 35 Laotian international students
(Baognhean) -Recently, in Phonsavan town, Xiengkhouang (Laos), Vinh University (Nghe An) organized a conference on "Solutions for training high-quality human resources for provinces of Lao PDR". On this occasion, 35 Lao students who graduated from Vinh University in 2011 were awarded their degrees.

Over the past 8 years, with the support and coordination of the Ministries of Education of Vietnam and Laos, 472 Lao students have come to study at Vinh University. Although there are still many difficulties in coordinating human resource training, the cooperation results are very good. 67 Lao students have graduated from Vinh University, many of whom have returned to Vinh University and other universities in Vietnam to study for a master's degree. Within the framework of the Conference, Vinh University also solemnly organized the awarding of Master's degrees to Mr. Xom-chay Mua-vang-gia - Former Director of the Department of Education of Xieng-khoang province, graduate student of the 16th course of Education Management (who passed away after a serious illness); and awarded Bachelor's degrees to 35 Laotian students who graduated from Vinh University in 2011.
Previously, in the meeting between the leaders of Vinh University and the leaders of the education departments attending the Conference, the parties agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding on training cooperation between Vinh University and the provinces of Lao PDR for the period 2011 - 2015.
