In the 2025 high school graduation exam, Nghe An has 40,235 candidates registered to take the exam, including 1,326 independent candidates, taking the exam according to the 2006 General Education Program. The whole province organizes 72 exam sites, including 2 sites reserved for independent candidates at Nguyen Truong To High School (Vinh City) and the Continuing Education Center of Do Luong District. To serve the exam, Nghe An mobilizes 6,594 cadres, teachers, and employees to participate in the tasks at the exam sites.
