Military School of Military Region 4: Opening of the National Defense and Security Education Center

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 1, the Military School of Military Region 4 held the opening ceremony of the National Defense - Security Education Center (GDQP - AN). Lieutenant General Vo Van Viet, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Military Region 4 attended, gave a speech and cut the ribbon.

After nearly 3 years of construction, the Military Region Military School's National Defense - Security Education Center has been completed and put into use with the following items: Student housing project with 80 rooms with closed toilets, enough accommodation for 600 staff and students/turn. Student cafeteria with an area of ​​over 1,000m2, enough to serve more than 600 diners. Complete infrastructure, electricity supply, water supply and drainage system. Currently, the School has a central lecture hall system with an area of ​​nearly 3,000 m2 with 22 classrooms, including 01 specialized classroom invested with modern teaching equipment such as sound system, projector, multi-purpose podium enough to train 150 students/turn.

Lieutenant General Vo Van Viet, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 4 and school leaders cut the ribbon to inaugurate the National Defense - Security Education Center of the Military School of Military Region 4.

There is a complete system of technical and tactical training grounds, physical training grounds, sports training grounds; command training; swimming pool. In particular, the School has invested in the complete construction of a multi-purpose training house, including a virtual shooting room, a multi-purpose testing room, a comprehensive training area with an area of ​​over 800m2 with a capacity and training organization of nearly 500 students/session, modern training and teaching equipment and facilities. The total investment capital of the project is nearly 30 billion VND.

The opening of the National Defense - Security Education Center of the Military Region Military School has contributed to receiving and educating students in National Defense - Security according to the plan assigned by the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region, becoming a trusted address for students from schools in Nghe An province and provinces in Military Region 4 to study.
