In the 2012-2013 school year, the school had 24 excellent students at the provincial level, ranking first in Yen Thanh district and fifth in the province, with more than 50% of students passing the university entrance exam. The teaching staff consists of 95 people who meet or exceed the standards, including 12 people with master's degrees. Phan Thuc Truc School has completed 5 standards and has been recognized as a national standard school.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade To Hong Hai was delighted with the achievements of teachers and students and hoped that from those results, the school would focus on implementing well the goals and key tasks in the new school year; effectively and creatively carry out the study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh in conjunction with the campaigns and emulation movements of the industry; effectively carry out the campaign "Each teacher is a model of self-study and creative morality"; teachers and schools actively compete to build "Friendly schools, active students"; constantly innovate teaching methods, actively foster professional skills for teachers.
