Quynh Luu 2 High School: Rewarding 19 students who achieved the title of excellent students at the provincial level

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 25, Quynh Luu 2 High School, Quynh Luu district held a closing ceremony for the 2014-2015 school year and received a certificate of merit from the Provincial People's Committee for education and national defense work.

Last school year, teachers and students of Quynh Luu 2 High School achieved many outstanding achievements in teaching and learning activities. As a result, the whole school had a rate of excellent students reaching 11.9%; an increase of 6.6% compared to the previous year; the rate of good students reaching 69.2%, an increase of 8.4% compared to the previous year. Notably, this year the school's 11th grade excellent student team had 19 students winning provincial prizes, including 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 8 third prizes and 8 consolation prizes. The school ranked 2/5 among district-level high schools and 10/92 provincial schools in terms of the number of excellent students.

In addition to taking care of the quality of study, the school also pays great attention to moral education, lifestyle, and personality for students. Many cultural, sports, and humanitarian activities have been organized by the Youth Union in coordination with other organizations in the school, thereby creating playgrounds and useful training environments for students. In the 2014-2015 school year, Quynh Luu 2 High School was one of the schools that did well in education and national defense, thanks to which the school was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial People's Committee.

On this occasion, the school's Board of Directors awarded 19 students who achieved the title of excellent students at the provincial level, students who achieved the title of excellent students in all subjects; 146 excellent students at the school level in grade 10 and 10 groups with outstanding achievements in the 2014-2015 school year./.
