Quickly arrest a group of subjects who intentionally caused injuries and then fled to the southern provinces
On April 3, the Criminal Police Department (Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province Police) issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and apply preventive measures to temporarily detain a group of subjects who used weapons to cause disorder and injury and then fled to the southern provinces.
The subjects prosecuted for the crime of Disturbing public order as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 318, Penal Code residing in Nghi Loc district, Quy Hop district and Vinh city include: Vuong Bao Nhat (born in 2008), Ho Quoc Duong (born in 2005), Vo Manh Hung (born in 2007), Lai Hoang Gia Long (born in 2008), all residing in Nghi Loc district; Bui Xuan Hai (born in 2008), Nguyen Ngoc Vang (born in 2004), all residing in Vinh city and Nguyen Dang Phuong (born in 2006), residing in Quy Hop district.

Accordingly, due to a sudden conflict with a group of other subjects while traveling on Nguyen Trai Street (Vinh City), the group of subjects found and brought weapons to chase the "opponent" group, causing a young man to be seriously injured and hospitalized in critical condition.
After causing injuries, to avoid being caught by the law, the subjects discussed ways to escape to the southern provinces.
Determining that this was a reckless and complicated incident that negatively affected security and order, the leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police directed the Criminal Police force to urgently go to the scene, coordinate with functional units to focus on verification, and determined to quickly clarify and arrest the entire group of suspects.

With the spirit of attacking criminals to the end, as soon as it was determined that the two subjects Vuong Bao Nhat and Ho Quoc Duong were hiding in Ho Chi Minh City, and Nguyen Ngoc Vang was hiding in Quang Tri province, the Criminal Police Department sent working groups to the above localities to verify and arrested the subjects.
On March 25, 2025, the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Province Police successfully arrested the above group of 8 subjects.
The police seized evidence including 02 motorbikes; 01 pig-stabbing knife, glass bottles... At the police station, the subjects admitted to their crimes.
Currently, the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Province Police has temporarily detained the subjects to consolidate their records and handle them in accordance with legal regulations.
