Quickly arrest a group of minors who robbed property at night
By blocking the road and using threatening words, three minors brazenly approached the motorbike and threatened, searched, robbed cash and iPhone 11 phones of two peers and then fled.
On September 13, the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Province Police announced that the unit had issued a decision to temporarily detain three subjects: Denh Quang Trung (born 2008), residing in Huoi Tu commune, Nghe An province; Vu Ba Chi (born 2009) and Vu Ba Thanh (born 2010), both residing in Muong Long commune (Nghe An) for the act of "Robbery".
Previously, at around 8:30 p.m. on September 11, Nam Can Commune Police, Nghe An Province received a report from two children LVN (born in 2009) and MVKh. (born in 2010), both residing in Keng Du Commune, Nghe An Province, stating: At around 7:30 p.m. on the same day, N. and Kh. drove a motorbike from Keng Du Commune to Nam Can Commune, Nghe An Province to play. When they reached Pha Khao Village (Nam Can Commune), they were suddenly blocked by three strangers on two motorbikes. Using threatening words, these men took 140,000 VND from N. and Kh. After that, N. and Kh. Driving to Pieng Pho village (Nam Can commune), the above subjects continued to approach the motorbike, threatened, searched and robbed the Iphone 11 phone before fleeing.
Immediately after receiving the complaint, Nam Can Commune Police reported to Area Team No. 3, Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police to coordinate the investigation and capture the subject. Immediately, Area Team No. 3, Criminal Police Department sent a working group to Nam Can Commune to coordinate the capture of the subject that night.
Because the incident happened at night, the victims were panicked and could not clearly remember the subject's identification, making the investigation difficult. However, the police force persistently followed every small trace to investigate and clarify.
Synchronously deploying professional measures, at about 6:00 a.m. on September 12, Area Team No. 3 of the Criminal Police Department, Nam Can Commune Police and Muong Xen Commune Police, Nghe An Province arrested 3 subjects Denh Quang Trung, Vu Ba Chi and Vu Ba Thanh while they were hiding in Muong Xen Commune.
At the scene, the authorities seized 140,000 VND, an iPhone 11 mobile phone and some other related evidence.
At the police station, the subjects confessed to all their acts of robbery.
Currently, the Criminal Police Department is completing the case file to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
