Hunting for a gang of thugs who brutally attacked 3 police officers

On March 11, Mr. Nguyen Van Dan - Deputy Chief of Tan Lap Commune Police, Kon Ray District (Kon Tum) - said that he was organizing a manhunt and calling on the subjects who seriously injured three Kon Ray District Police officers to surrender.

Thugs used iron rakes to hit police officer's head

According to initial information from the authorities, at 9:00 p.m. on March 10, three officers and soldiers of Kon Ray District Police were on duty in Tan Lap Commune when suddenly a group of thugs attacked them with iron rakes, knives, and machetes.

As a result, Mr. Vu Xuan Tien (23 years old) was seriously injured with an iron rake that was hit straight in the head by the thugs.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. Tien was quickly taken to Kon Tum General Hospital for emergency surgery. The two soldiers who were injured, Mr. Luu Ngoc Van (24 years old) and Hoang Vu Dung (23 years old), were both slashed in the left arm, causing injuries.

According to initial information, the subjects who attacked the law enforcement officers live in Tan Lap commune and Kon Tum city. After committing the crime, this group of thugs are currently on the run. Kon Tum provincial police are currently searching for them.
