Searching for the man who crushed the branch secretary's arm and escaped

(Baonghean.vn)- After an accident between a car and a motorbike, Kha Van Ninh (24 years old, secretary of the Youth Union of Na Tong village, Tam Thai commune, Tuong Duong district) suffered a broken left arm and fainted, but the car driver abandoned the victim and drove away.

On the morning of August 14, Mr. Kha Van Ha (47 years old, Na Tong village) - Kha Van Ninh's father said that at noon on August 13, Mr. Ninh rode a motorbike from Tuong Duong district to Thanh Chuong district to pick up his wife and young child to go home.

Accordingly, at around 1 p.m., when Kha Van Ninh was traveling on National Highway 7A through Tuong Duong district to Con Cuong district for about 50 meters, he was hit by a car, causing Kha Van Ninh to fall onto the road, the car crushed his left hand, and he fainted on the spot. After the accident, the car driver did not take Kha Van Ninh to the emergency room but continued to drive away.

Mr. Kha Van Ninh was taken by ambulance to Con Cuong District Hospital by local people and then transferred to the Trauma - Orthopedics Hospital for surgery and emergency care.

Because Kha Van Ninh's hand was crushed, doctors had to amputate it from the elbow to the hand. Currently, Kha Van Ninh's health is out of danger and is gradually recovering.

Mr. Kha Van Ha said: "Our family's circumstances are difficult, so our family has reported the incident to the Tuong Duong District Police and Con Cuong District Police. We hope the police will soon find the person who caused the accident and fled to handle it according to the law."

Con Cuong and Tuong Duong district police and the victim's family hope that anyone who knows the vehicle that caused the accident and fled the scene will provide information to the police to assist in the investigation of the accident.
