On April 3, the Binh Thanh District Area Team, Ho Chi Minh City Police Department coordinated with Ward 19 Police Department, Binh Thanh District to investigate and prosecute the suspects in the case of beating and injuring 3 bus station employees on Dien Bien Phu Street late on April 2.

According to initial information, at around 10 p.m., Mr. Duong TL (born in 1999, from Binh Dinh, an employee of TT bus station) was on the 2nd floor of the bus station when he heard swearing and fighting downstairs, so he ran down to check. There, Mr. L. discovered that Mr. NTS (born in 1999, from Vinh Long) was seriously injured in the head, bleeding profusely.

Mr. L. took out his phone to call the police, then a group of people rushed in and beat Mr. L., causing injuries. An employee of the neighboring garage ran over to intervene and was also beaten by this group. After causing the incident, the group of people left. Mr. S. and Mr. L. were taken to the hospital to have their head and face injuries treated.
Police of Ward 19, Binh Thanh District were present at the scene to take statements from witnesses and extract camera footage to clarify the cause.
According to Mr. S., at that time, a subject who showed signs of being drunk entered the garage and demanded to get on a 9-seat car to Vung Tau, so Mr. S. stopped him. This subject rushed in and beat Mr. S., then called another group of people to come and cause trouble, causing the above incident.
