The tradition of studiousness and good study is the resource and potential of Nghe An homeland(*)

...Nghe An is a province with a tradition of studiousness and good learning. That tradition has been nurtured through a long history, affirmed and recognized over time, becoming the pride of every child of Nghe An. Nghe An has recorded and left in history examples of good learning and talent that each time we mention them, we are very proud such as: Trang Nguyen Bach Lieu, Trang Nguyen Ho Tong Thoc, female poet Ho Xuan Huong, patriot Phan Boi Chau, teacher, scientist Dang Thai Mai... Especially the great President Ho Chi Minh, Hero of national liberation, World Cultural Celebrity. The tradition of studiousness and good learning of our Nghe An has truly become a resource, a potential that contributes greatly to building the prosperity of our province and the country.

2012

Continuing the glorious tradition of their ancestors, Nghe An students today constantly strive, make efforts and achieve proud achievements, being among the top in the country in terms of educational achievements.

In the 2010-2011 school year, our province had 83 National Excellent Students (ranked 2nd in the country), 133 students with high scores in the university entrance exam (ranked 2nd in the country); 1 Gold Medal and 1 Silver Medal in International Physics, 2 Bronze Medals in Asian Physics. This year, we are very honored to be the top student in the country in the number of students admitted to universities and colleges, with about 22 thousand students; of which 9 students are valedictorians of prestigious universities in the country, 68 students from groups A, B achieved 27 points or more (ranked 3rd in the country), 83 students from groups C, D achieved over 24 points; 3 students from group A1, gifted achieved 26 points or more and 84 poor students with good academic performance and high scores were awarded today...

We are proud to be the children of Nghe An, born and raised in a land rich in traditions of studiousness, respect for humanity and strong will. In each of your successes today, there is the inheritance of those good traditions and morals. In each step of growing up, your family and beloved school are always the solid foundation for your success today and tomorrow. Please give today's honor to your grandparents, parents, teachers and loved ones who have always supported, guided and encouraged you.

The achievements that you have achieved are due to your efforts, an example of the will and determination of each individual; and also a great contribution of teachers, who have silently and persistently devoted themselves to the noble but extremely difficult career of "growing people". With their talent, passion, and dedication to their profession, teachers have worked hard to teach and nurture talents, training talented people for the country.

I would like to acknowledge, commend and thank the dedication of the teachers. I also hope and believe that the teachers will continuously train, improve their professional skills, innovate teaching methods, and be more dedicated so that our Nghe An province will have more excellent students. I also hope that the students will continue to train and study well in the lecture halls of universities, so that in the future they will become the masters of the country, building our country, our homeland to be rich and powerful...

Today's ceremony is also an opportunity to express gratitude to teachers and parents who have made great contributions to the success of the province's Education and Training sector...
